Refund policy

1. Wedding sizes

You can ask for a refund of a wedding's size when all of these are true:

• the request is made within 30 days of the payment;
• the invitation has never been published;
• the wedding has 5 invitations or fewer.

Ask from the wedding's Plan & billing page, or write to us with the contact form. While a request is being reviewed, the invitation can't be published.

2. How you're refunded

Once the refund is approved, the wedding goes back to a free preview. Card payments are refunded to the same card. Payments by Whish, OMT, cash or bank transfer are refunded by the same means, or another one we agree on with you.

Moving up to a bigger size can be refunded under the same conditions, for the difference paid.

3. Activation codes and packs

An unused activation code can be refunded within 30 days of its purchase. A pack can be refunded within 30 days of its purchase if none of its codes has been used.

4. Your legal right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days after a purchase to withdraw from it. When you use a code or publish your invitation, you ask us to provide the service right away; once it has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. The refund conditions above are offered in addition to your legal rights.
