Questions planners ask
What counts as an active wedding?
A client wedding that isn't over yet. Once the wedding has passed, it no longer counts toward your plan, and stays available for you to view and export.
Can the couple see their invitation?
Yes. Invite them as co-organizers of their wedding: they can follow the replies and manage their guests with you.
What if a payment is late?
Everything keeps working for 7 days. After that, your client weddings stay online and guests can still reply, but they can't be changed until the plan is renewed.
Can a couple pay for their own wedding?
Yes. A client wedding can get its own size with an activation code; it then no longer counts toward your plan.
How do I pay?
By card: choose a plan from your dashboard. It renews each month and you can cancel anytime. Prefer Whish, OMT, cash or bank transfer? Contact us and we'll set it up.
